1. Agreeing to these terms
By using Muslim Daily you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use Muslim Daily.
2. What Muslim Daily is
Muslim Daily helps you read your morning, evening and other adhkar, keep a streak, learn Sunnah and Salah, and encourage your family and friends. It is free to use. We may add, change or remove features to improve it.
3. Your account
- You need to be at least 13 years old to create an account.
- Give accurate details, keep your password private, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account.
- One account per person. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- You can delete your account at any time. See Delete your account.
4. Using Muslim Daily respectfully
Please don't:
- harass, insult or pressure anyone, including through family circles, encouragements or usernames;
- pretend to be someone else, or use a name, username or photo that is offensive or misleading;
- send spam, or misuse invitations or invite codes to gain points;
- try to break, overload or get around the security of Muslim Daily, or copy its content or data in bulk by automated means.
We may remove content, reset points or suspend accounts that break these rules.
5. Islamic content
The adhkar, Sunnah, Salah and other content come from the Qur'an and well-known hadith collections, and we show the source wherever we can. We work hard to keep it accurate, but mistakes can happen: if you find one, please tell us and we will correct it. Muslim Daily is a tool to help your worship and learning; it does not replace the guidance of qualified scholars on matters of fiqh.
6. What you share
Your name, username, photo and messages remain yours. You allow us to store them and show them to the people you choose to share with, such as your family circles, so that Muslim Daily can work. You are responsible for what you share.
7. Points, streaks and leaderboards
Points, streaks, levels and rankings are there to encourage consistency. They have no money value and can't be exchanged. We may correct them if something goes wrong or if they were earned unfairly.
8. Our content and name
The Muslim Daily name, logo, design and app are ours. You may share individual adhkar and pages for personal and non-commercial use, for example with family and friends. Please don't reuse our design or content in other apps or for commercial purposes without asking us.
9. Ending your use
You can stop using Muslim Daily and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, and we will tell you why when we can.
10. Disclaimers
We provide Muslim Daily as it is and as available. We aim to keep it running smoothly, but we can't promise it will always be available, error-free, or that reminders will always arrive on time, for example if your phone's settings stop them.
11. Limit of our responsibility
As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses arising from your use of Muslim Daily. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law that cannot be limited.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and, for important changes, tell you in the app or by email. If you keep using Muslim Daily after a change, you accept the updated terms.
